Workshop

The Bike Doctor's 4 bike service bay workshop is fully equipped to carry out any motorcycle related work, from minor adjustments to complete engine overhauls. Apart from our tyre fitting and balancing machines, we do all our own rebores, cylinder head work, bead blasting and welding, wheel rebuilding and much much more.

Tune-ups
From a mini Honda 50 to the mighty Suzuki Hayabusa, the Bike Doctor has the know how and the equipment to Tune your machine giving it the brand new feel again. The newly installed Dyno Dynamics state-of-the-art dynamometer now puts us ahead with the tuning technologies available in the world today. Reprogrammable engine modules for fuel-injected engines require sophisticated equipment to achieve the desired outcome for maximum horsepower and torque. Our commitment to be the best in this field is guaranteed.

Wheel Balancing
Only the best will do at Bike Tyre City, that is why we have the very latest in electronic computerized motorcycle-specific wheel balancing equipment to do this job. When you are paying good money for performance tyres, you deserve to have them fitted and balanced to the highest standards.

Smash Repairs
At The Bike Doctor no smash repair is to big or small, from a minor scratch to a major rebuild, we have the equipment and the knowledge to make your machine new again. We repair bikes for all major insurance companies as well as private owners.

Brake System Servicing
Arguably the most important equipment on your machine, BRAKES! The Bike doctor will keep them working 110% because we like to see you come back to us in one piece. We stock a comprehensive range of disc pads, and also have very reliable sources for very-well priced after-market alternatives for discs to suit most models.

Rebores
Not only does The Bike Doctor rebore and supply pistons for all the needed jobs in our workshop, we also help other motorcycle dealers by doing theirs as well. We learnt a long time ago, that the most important process of any engine rebuild is in the machining to suit the new components.That's why we have invested heavily in equipment to achive the very best results when it comes to rebuilding or reboring your motorcycle's cylinder.

Bead Blasting
We find our Bead Blaster a very important piece of equipment. It helps us to do the best possible cleaning of parts, ensuring correct parts inspection and assisting reassembly. We also offer this Bead Blasting service to our clients who want that little bit extra when they are doing their own rebuilds. The finished product always looks as good as it the quality of the work done.

Engine Rebuilds
Engine rebuilds are a big part of our business, which goes hand in hand with our rebores, crankshaft and cylinder head rebuilding and Bead Blasting services. No job is too big or too small. 

Suspension Rebuilds
